Make sure your friend is in your Approved list. Ask Mom or Dad to check.

If the email you are trying to send has many links or words that sound like Spam, your email could be blocked. Try removing a few links or reword your email. If you continue to have problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about the problem.
I got some spam, should I delete it?
Please send us the email by forwarding it to email@example.com and then delete it.

Our friendly support staff will try to help you through email. If the problem cannot be resolved through email, you will be given an 800 number to call us with. Support engineers are on duty 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm Pacific Standard Time. However, we are short staffed on the weekends, so your question may take several hours to answer.
