Did you forget your password? Children's passwords can be found in the Parental Controls page. If you are a parent and don't remember your password, you can look it up online by entering your username and subscription number HERE. If you can't find your subscription number, please email us.

Do you need help setting up your child's email client? Please email info@kidsafemail.com and let us know which email client you are trying to use (Outlook, Eudora, etc...). We will email you step by step instructions on how to set up your email client with your account information.
